These terms govern your use of services provided by Gold Tone Workshop LLC
("Gold Tone Workshop," "we," "us"), a musical instrument repair shop located at
2615-A Central Avenue, Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28205.

Services
Gold Tone Workshop provides guitar and amp repair, as well as the buying,
selling, and consignment of instruments and gear. When you bring an instrument
to us, we collect the contact and instrument details needed to perform the work
and communicate with you about it.

SMS / Text messaging terms
By verbally providing your phone number and consenting at our shop, you agree to
receive text messages from Gold Tone Workshop about the status of your repair or
consignment.

- Program description: Transactional service updates only (for example, "ready
  for pickup" or "transaction complete"). We do not send marketing or
  promotional text messages.
- Message frequency: Approximately 1–2 messages per repair or consignment.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
- Help: For help, reply HELP or contact us at philip@goldtoneworkshop.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment and pickup
Payment is due upon completion of repair or at the time of sale. Instruments
left unclaimed may be subject to our storage and abandonment policies, provided
at intake.
