Gold Tone Workshop LLC ("Gold Tone Workshop," "we," "us") operates a musical
instrument repair shop located at 2615-A Central Avenue, Suite A, Charlotte,
NC 28205. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

When you bring an instrument to us for repair or consignment, we collect the
information needed to do the work and reach you about it: your name, phone
number, email address, and details about your instrument and the requested
service.

How we use your information
We use your information solely to service your instrument, process consignment
sales, and communicate with you about your repair or sale. This includes
sending you text message (SMS) updates about the status of your repair — for
example, when it is ready for pickup or when the transaction is complete.

Text messages (SMS)
We only send text messages to customers who have verbally agreed, in person,
to receive them when dropping off an item at our shop. These are transactional
service updates only — typically 1–2 messages per repair — and never marketing
or promotional messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any
message. Message and data rates may apply.

How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only with the
service providers that help us operate, such as Twilio (text messaging) and
SendGrid (email delivery), and only to the extent needed to provide those
services. We do not share your information with third parties for their own
marketing.
